PHONE SCOOP LeEco Reportedly Plans Something Big for the US this Fall
After opening a headquarters in the United States in April, LeEco has been able to amass 400 employees, a number which is now said to grow to 1,000 before the end of the year. Now, a report says LeEco plans to bring its smartphones and its video streaming service to the United States, and is planning to launch something big in the US this fall.

ELEPHONE Elephone P9000 OTA Fixes Huge Battery Issue
Elephone has just announced a new update that is going out via an OTA notification, but can also be applied manually. The big change in this update is for those who experiencing 1 hour of screen on time thanks to a power consumption bug. ANDROID EXPERIMENTS 3D Controller Android Experiment Emulates a Wii Remote
A new Android Experiment is called 3D Controller (code available here) and it lets you emulate a Wii Remote with your smartphone. The demo game is cast on the TV and then you're asked to calibrate the smartphone in multiple positions. Once calibrated, the smartphone will analyze your movements and you'll be able to seemingly point the phone to the TV and splat some spiders.
@GETPEID Soft Gold OnePlus 3 to be Available in July
The Graphite OnePlus 3 isn't the only variant that the company has been advertising. Upon release, this was the only version available but we knew they were also planning to sell a Soft Gold model as well. Thanks to a response on Twitter, we now know that OnePlus plans on selling the Soft Gold version "in the latter part of July."
ANDROID POLICE Google Play is Available on the ASUS Chromebook Flip
The Google I/O announcement of the Play Store coming to Chromebooks said it would be available in September. While this is true for the stable build, that doesn't mean we can't get an early preview of it. If you have the ASUS Chromebook Flip, you can get the Google Play Store on your device simply change it from the stable channel to the developer channel.

For those of you who are using the official Android N Developer Preview on their Sony Xperia Z3, you can look forward to an OTA update that brings you up to the 4th preview. Multiple reports have come in that the OTA updates are already rolling out, so it shouldn't take long for Sony to complete it.
